Small Group Ministries for Parents

We are searching for small group ministries to engage our young parents in an authentic way.  So as one of the steps of research we are looking for vital, healthy young adult/young parent ministries that are happening in churches.  They don't have to be local or Presbyterian.  We would like to see about five good examples of what churches are doing that is successful and vibrant for parents of young children, young parents and/or young adults.  We have people in these categories everywhere from 25-45 years old.

We also have a need for small group ministries that function like an AA group, but not for alcoholism or recovery.  We just need small groups of intimacy and safety where people know they are loved, known, and understood for who they are and where they can reciprocate that for others.  Sometimes these are called covenant groups or life groups.  They are intimate and confidential and a place like Cheers, "where everyone knows your name."  We are looking for some examples of churches that run these kind of programs with high quality, effectiveness, and success.
